The posting

Als procesoperator Fase 2 & 3 werk je praktisch en hands-on aan het doorgroeien van compost tot hoogwaardig substraat. Je bedient machines, vult en leegt tunnels en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op grondstoffen en eindproducten. Je pakt kleine storingen zelf op, houdt de werkplek schoon en veilig en werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende procesfases. Het werk vraagt inzet, technisch inzicht en een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Na je inwerkperiode draai je mee in storingsdiensten en krijg je hiervoor een passende vergoeding. Deze functie is 40 uur per week en biedt een salaris dat start rond €2.937 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en inzet. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en controleert productiemachines zoals treklier, vulcassettes en tunnels en bewaakt de productdoorvoer en procesinstellingen. - Je vult en leegt tunnels, plaatst en verwisselt vulcassettes en voert visuele en steekproefcontroles op kwaliteit uit. - Je lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op, voert preventieve acties uit en meldt grotere technische problemen aan het team. - Je zorgt voor een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek en werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit andere procesfases.

Functie-eisen - LBO/MBO werk- en denkniveau met een praktische, hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om fysiek werk te verrichten. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een veilige, zorgvuldige werkhouding met oog voor kwaliteit. - Bereidheid om na de inwerkperiode mee te draaien in storingsdiensten en onregelmatige werktijden te accepteren. - Ervaring met en/of bereidheid om heftruck, bobcat en hoogwerkercertificaten te behalen en technisch inzicht te tonen.
