Voor een toonaangevende producent van medische kunststof verpakkingen in Zoetermeer zoeken wij een ervaren en gemotiveerde Operator. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Functieomschrijving Als Operator Extrusie-Blow-Molding ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, bewaken en optimaliseren van hoogwaardige productielijnen voor flessen. Je werkt in een vijfploegendienst binnen een betrokken team van vier collega-operators per shift. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het waarborgen van constante productkwaliteit én het naleven van strikte (voedsel)veiligheids- en hygiënerichtlijnen. Jouw taken bestaan uit: - Bedienen en bewaken van extrusie-blow-molding machines. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en lijncontroles. - Verhelpen van storingen en proactief meedenken in procesverbeteringen. - Uitvoeren van eenvoudig preventief onderhoud. - Werken volgens strenge food safety- en hygiëneprocedures. - Actief deelnemen aan trainingen en ontwikkelingen via het digitale POKA-systeem. - Samenwerken met collega-operators in een vaste 5-ploegenstructuur. Functie eisen Opleiding en ervaring - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator binnen een vergelijkbare productieomgeving (food, pharma of automotive). - Ervaring met extrusie-blow-molding is een pré. - Junior kandidaten met minder ervaring zijn welkom bij sterke motivatie en technisch inzicht. - Geen geschikte functie voor kandidaten met enkel produc...
