The posting

Als Procesoperator Technical Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten draaien van het automatische orderpickproces in een technisch uitdagende omgeving. Je monitort continu procesparameters, lost technische storingen op en voert preventief onderhoud uit aan het orderpicksysteem. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen om verstoringen snel te verhelpen en verbeteringen door te voeren. Het werk vraagt een praktische, probleemoplossende houding en een goed begrip van elektromechanische systemen. Je krijgt een fulltime aanstelling van 40 tot 42,5 uur per week in Zwolle, met ruimte voor initiatief en procesverbetering. De functie is geschikt voor iemand met een technische mbo-achtergrond en ervaring als operator. Functie-inhoud - Monitoren en controleren van het logistieke orderpickproces en waar nodig direct ingrijpen om continuïteit te waarborgen. - Oplossen van technische storingen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan het automatisch orderpick-systeem (Vanderlande Adapto). - Analyseren van procesgegevens, signaleren van knelpunten en voorstellen doen voor concrete procesverbeteringen. - Samenwerken met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen en nauwkeurig documenteren van storingen en onderhoudsactiviteiten.

Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in procestechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische richting. - Ervaring als procesoperator of in een vergelijkbare technische functie met verantwoordelijkheid voor continuïteit. - Proactieve, zelfstandige werkhouding met sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor veiligheid. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, communicatief vaardig en functioneel in teamverband.
