Pekela, Groningen Procesregisseur Leefbaarheid en Gebiedsgericht werken Functie omschrijving Functieomschrijving Als procesregisseur Leefbaarheid en Gebiedsgericht werken geef je concreet invulling aan de uitvoering van de leefbaarheidsmaatregelen uit de Sociale Agenda van Nij Begun en het opstellen van wijkagenda's. Je speelt een centrale rol in het versterken van de leefbaarheid in de dorpen van Pekela. Het is een nieuwe functie met ruimte om te pionieren, richting te geven en samen te bouwen. Kernopdrachten - Sociale agenda - leefbaarheidstafel: Opzetten en begeleiden van een leefbaarheidstafel samen met inwoners en organisaties; werken aan plannen die ontmoeting en ondersteuning bevorderen; adviseren over de inzet van middelen voor leefbaarheidsmaatregelen uit de Sociale Agenda van Nij Begun; verbinding leggen met inwoners, organisaties en adviesraden zodat verschillende perspectieven worden meegenomen in het advies aan het college van burgemeester en wethouders. - Adviseren en besluitvoorbereiding: Adviseren van bestuur, management en collega's; zorgen dat voorstellen uit de leefbaarheidstafel worden doorgeleid naar het college voor formele besluitvorming; rekening houden met bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke verhoudingen; samenhang brengen in complexe, integrale en domeinoverstijgende vraagstukken en de leefbaarheidstafel ondersteunen bij het maken van keuzes met zichtbaar effect in Pekela. - Gebiedsgericht werken - wijkagenda's: Verder vormgeven van gebiedsgericht werken aan de hand van wijkagenda's; vertalen van de ambitie om inwoners ruimte te geven om mee te denken en mee te doen naar een heldere visie en concrete aanpak; verkennen van mogelijkheden, in kaart brengen van kansen en aandachtspunten en doen van voorstellen voor uitvoering. - Ruimte voor eigen invulling: Er is ruimte om aanvullende werkzaamheden op te pakken; in gezamenlijk overleg bepaal je waar jij kansen ziet en op welke vraagstukken jij extra waarde kunt ...
