Bij een brouwerij in Enschede werk je binnen Engineering aan de productieautomatisering van industriële procesinstallaties. Je leidt strategische automatiseringsprojecten die de productiviteit verhogen en vertaalt verbeterkansen naar betrouwbare besturingen. Daarbij ontwikkel en implementeer je softwaremodificaties voor verschillende productieafdelingen. Met kennis van Siemens S7, ProLeiT Brewmaxx en SQL-databases verbind je proceskennis met automatisering en gebruik je productiedata om gerichte verbeteringen door te voeren. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met operators, teamleiders, technologen en technische collega’s. Je onderzoekt terugkerende storingen, bespreekt feedback uit de operatie en bewaakt de samenhang tussen software, hardware en gegevensuitwisseling. Ook ondersteun je productieafdelingen periodiek buiten reguliere werktijden. Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig technische keuzes uit te werken en je verder te ontwikkelen in procesbesturing, systeemintegratie en het structureel verbeteren van brouwerijprocessen. Wat ga je doen? - Leiden van strategische automatiseringsprojecten gericht op hogere productiviteit - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van softwaremodificaties voor procesinstallaties - Analyseren van productiedata en operatorfeedback om besturingen te optimaliseren - Ondersteunen van operators, teamleiders en technologen bij structurele storingsreductie - Bewaken van betrouwbare gegevensuitwisseling tussen ProLeiT Brewmaxx, SAP en Unilab - Beheren van de software- en hardwarearchitectuur binnen je aandachtsgebieden - Periodiek ondersteunen van productieafdelingen op onregelmatige tijden Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Industriële Automatisering of een verwante technische richting - Ruime kennis en ervaring binnen een productie- of operationsgerichte organisatie - Kennis van en ervaring met ProLeiT Brewmaxx, SQL-databases en Siemens S7 - Analytisch vermogen om procesproblemen te vertalen naar concrete technische ver.
