The posting

Bij een producent van hollevezelmembranen voor water- en drankfiltratie in Enschede beheer en verbeter je de procesautomatisering van industriële productieprocessen. Je bewaakt de bedrijfscontinuïteit, beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van hardware en software op ISA-niveau 1, 2 en 3. Met je kennis van Siemens Step7 en TIA Portal werk je aan besturingen die een stabiele productie ondersteunen. Daarbij verbind je technische verbeteringen aan proceskwaliteit, veiligheid en beheersbare onderhoudskosten. In de dagelijkse praktijk ondersteun je Operations bij storingen, bereid je modificaties voor en voer je automatiseringsprojecten uit. Je stemt wijzigingen af met collega's en externe partijen en bewaakt de geldende automatiseringsstandaarden. Naast het oplossen van actuele problemen denk je mee over het masterplan voor procesautomatisering en toekomstige technologie. Je krijgt ruimte voor eigen initiatief en vakinhoudelijke groei binnen een internationale productieomgeving met een open, informele werksfeer. Wat ga je doen? - Beheren en onderhouden van procesautomatisering op ISA-niveau 1, 2 en 3, inclusief hardware en software - Operations ondersteunen bij automatiseringsstoringen en structurele oplossingen uitwerken - Projecten en modificaties binnen de procesautomatisering voorbereiden en uitvoeren - Technische verbeteringen realiseren voor hogere beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie - De gevalideerde status van systemen en naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieuprocedures bewaken - Automatiseringsbeleid en standaarden bewaken bij eigen werkzaamheden en uitvoering door derden - Bijdragen aan het masterplan procesautomatisering en adviseren over technologische ontwikkelingen Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding technische fysica, technische informatica, mechatronica, elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Ervaring met Siemens Step7 en TIA Portal - Kennis van Siemens WinCC..
