Als Process Automation Engineer in Farmsum ontwikkel en optimaliseer je de procesautomatisering van chemische productie-installaties. Je werkt aan DCS-applicaties, simulaties en regelstrategieën en begeleidt de inbedrijfstelling. Bij deze industriële werkgever deel je jouw technische expertise ook binnen internationale netwerken. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van automatiseringsstrategieën voor chemische procesinstallaties - Programmeren van automatiseringsapplicaties voor verschillende distributed control systems (DCS) - Schrijven van simulatieapplicaties om besturingssoftware te testen en operators te trainen - Ondersteunen bij commissioning en opstartactiviteiten, inclusief het afstellen van regelkringen - Onderzoeken van verbetermogelijkheden met data-analyse en Six Sigma-methodieken - Plannen en bewaken van de implementatie, projectdoelen en afgesproken mijlpalen - Samenwerken in procesautomatiseringsteams en internationale technische netwerken Functie-eisen - Master in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering of IT Engineering, of gelijkwaardige ervaring in procesautomatisering of de chemische industrie - Brede kennis van procesautomatisering; eerste werkervaring in dit vakgebied is een pré, geen vereiste - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een sterke pré - Diepgaande kennis van ABB Industrial IT DCS is een pré, geen vereiste - Vloeiende beheersing van het Engels - Bereidheid om op verschillende locaties te werken en zo nodig binnenlands en internationaal te reizen Aanbod - Fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur per week - Detavast-constructie - Betrokkenheid bij het traject van automatiseringsstrategie tot inbedrijfstelling - Technische kennisuitwisseling binnen internationale netwerken - Mogelijkheid om aan projecten op verschillende locaties te werken
