Bij een technische dienstverlener voor de procesindustrie, chemie en energiesector in Geleen zorg je dat instrumentatie en regelorganen binnen chemische fabrieken betrouwbaar functioneren. Als Process Control Engineer - Instrumentation ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor interne teams en klanten. Je verbindt kennis van meet- en regeltechniek met onderhoud en engineering, beoordeelt projectscopes en ondersteunt de uitvoering. Daarbij houd je rekening met procesveiligheid, ATEX en SIL, en met de beschikbaarheid van installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je storingen, ondersteun je de plant en werk je aan correctief, preventief en predictief onderhoud. Je stemt af met onderhouds-, project- en operationele teams en vertaalt technische bevindingen naar concrete verbeteringen. Ook draag je bij aan engineeringpakketten, gebruikerseisen, bedieningsinstructies en trainingen. Door die combinatie verdiep je je vakkennis en ontwikkel je je verder in betrouwbare instrumentatie en efficiënte procesvoering. Functie-inhoud - Adviseren van interne teams en klanten over instrumentatie en regelorganen - Borgen van de technische kwaliteit van projectscopes en ondersteunen tijdens de uitvoering - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan instrumentatie in chemische fabrieken - Uitvoeren van correctief, preventief en predictief onderhoud - Initiëren van verbeteringen voor betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiënte procesvoering - Bijdragen aan engineeringpakketten, gebruikerseisen, bedieningsinstructies en trainingen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur Technische Natuurkunde, Elektrotechniek, Meet- en Regeltechniek of Besturingstechniek - Diepgaande kennis van instrumentatie, inclusief ATEX en SIL - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met troubleshooting, plantondersteuning, onderhoud en projecten - Analytisch sterk en in staat onder druk gericht aan technische oplossingen te werken - Communicatief vaardig in de afstemming met klanten, engineers en operationele.
