Wil jij als Process Engineer bij Fenzi AGT in Maastricht bijdragen aan de optimalisatie en ontwikkeling van innovatieve glasmaterialen en elektrisch geleidende inkten? Zet jouw technische kennis en analytische vaardigheden in binnen een internationale productieomgeving en werk mee aan het verbeteren van processen, productkwaliteit en productie-efficiëntie. Bij Fenzi AGT worden hoogwaardige materialen ontwikkeld die wereldwijd worden toegepast in onder andere de automotive-, elektronica- en glasindustrie. Denk aan verwarmingsbanen en zwarte randen in autoruiten, decoraties op parfumflessen en logo's op glaswerk. Als Process Engineer speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken, analyseren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om technische uitdagingen op te lossen, verbeteringen door te voeren en bij te dragen aan innovatieve producten die dagelijks wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Wie zoeken we? Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytische en oplossingsgerichte Process Engineer met een sterke technische basis en interesse in procesoptimalisatie en duurzaamheid. Je weet complexe vraagstukken te doorgronden, werkt doelgericht naar oplossingen toe en schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende afdelingen om samen resultaten te behalen. Daarnaast beschik je over: Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in Chemische Technologie, Procestechnologie of een vergelijkbare technische richting. Affiniteit met procesverbetering, techniek en duurzaamheid. Kennis van of interesse in industriële waterzuivering en luchtbehandeling. Een analytische instelling en het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken helder en begrijpelijk te maken. Doorzettingsvermogen: je geeft niet snel op en blijft zoeken naar een passende oplossing. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en de motivatie om samen met collega's concrete resultaten te behalen. Bij voorkeur enkele jaren werkervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving. Bij voorkeur kennis van, ervaring met of

interesse in software voor procesmonitoring, zoals Ignition. Een goede professionele beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal. Wat bieden wij je? Wat mag je van ons verwachten? Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.899 en € 5.589, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring. Een langdurige functie met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij Fenzi AGT. 28 vakantiedagen per jaar, zodat je voldoende tijd hebt voor ontspanning. Functieomschrijving Als Process Engineer analyseer je productieprocessen, signaleer je verbetermogelijkheden en vertaal je deze naar praktische oplossingen die bijdragen aan een hogere kwaliteit, efficiëntie, veiligheid en duurzaamheid. Je bewaakt hierbij de hoge kwaliteitsnormen van Fenzi AGT en zorgt ervoor dat de geldende wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van arbeidsveiligheid, gezondheid en milieu structureel worden nageleefd. Wat ga je doen? Optimaliseren, standaardiseren, monitoren en beheersen van productieprocessen en bijbehorende nevenstromen. Voorstellen ontwikkelen, testen en implementeren voor investeringsprojecten die productieprocessen verbeteren. Praktisch coördineren en uitvoeren van testen, metingen en procesverbeteringen op de werkvloer, in nauwe samenwerking met de afdelingenProductie, Technische Dienst en EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). Toezien op de naleving en verdere verbetering van milieumaatregelen. Analyseren en oplossen van complexe processtoringen en uitwerken van verbetervoorstellen om herhaling te voorkomen. Beheren en actualiseren van procesdocumentatie, trainingsmaterialen en werkinstructies. Actief uitdragen en bevorderen van het veiligheidsbeleid van Fenzi AGT.
