Als Process Engineer duik je in de prestaties van de productielijnen en ga je op zoek naar manieren om slimmer, stabieler en efficiënter te produceren. Je komt terecht binnen een technische productieomgeving waarin volop wordt geïnvesteerd en verbeterd. Aan jou de taak om processen verder te optimaliseren: van het verhogen van de output en het verminderen van stilstanden tot het terugdringen van materiaalverlies en afkeur. Je werkt daarbij niet vanaf de zijlijn. Je bent veel op de productievloer, analyseert wat er gebeurt en schakelt continu met operators, productie, maintenance, engineering en kwaliteit. Functie-informatie Als Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, verbeteren en verder stabiliseren van de productieprocessen. Je gebruikt productiedata en KPI's om inzichtelijk te maken waar verlies ontstaat en waar verbetering mogelijk is. Denk aan een productielijn die regelmatig stilvalt, een processtap die de totale output beperkt of een materiaalverbruik dat hoger ligt dan noodzakelijk. Jij zoekt uit waar het vandaan komt, bepaalt samen met de betrokken collega's wat er moet veranderen en helpt om die verbetering daadwerkelijk door te voeren. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de cijfers. Je gaat de vloer op, spreekt operators en onderzoekt hoe machines, instellingen, materialen en werkwijzen elkaar beïnvloeden. Bij technische vraagstukken trek je samen op met Maintenance en Engineering. Ook kwaliteit speelt een belangrijke rol. Wanneer afkeur of klachten toenemen, onderzoek je de achterliggende oorzaak en werk je samen met QA/QC aan een structurele oplossing. Je...
