Als procesverbeteraar bij Aeres help je collega's om werkprocessen slimmer, eenvoudiger en toekomstbestendiger in te richten. Je combineert kennis van procesverbetering met AI en digitalisering en zorgt dat verbeteringen aansluiten bij de praktijk en daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. Wat je gaat doen Binnen Bureau Onderwijslogistiek & Service (BOS) werken we dagelijks aan processen die essentieel zijn voor de organisatie van ons onderwijs, onderzoek en opleidingen voor professionals. Die processen willen we blijven ontwikkelen. Digitalisering en AI bieden daarbij steeds meer mogelijkheden om werkzaamheden anders, slimmer en efficiënter te organiseren. Je verdiept je in onze dagelijkse praktijk en werkt nauw samen met de collega's die het betreffende proces uitvoeren. Je brengt een frisse blik en kennis van procesverbetering samen met de praktijkkennis en ervaring binnen het team. Zo kom je gezamenlijk tot oplossingen die niet alleen op papier goed klinken, maar ook echt werken. Je analyseert vraagstukken, brengt behoeften in kaart en vertaalt die samen met betrokken collega's naar passende oplossingsrichtingen. Je werkt deze uit tot concrete verbeteringen, adviezen of kaders en helpt de gekozen verbeteringen vervolgens ook in de praktijk te realiseren. Daarbij kijk je nadrukkelijk naar de mogelijkheden van AI, automatisering en andere digitale toepassingen. AI is daarbij een middel en geen doel op zich. Soms ligt de oplossing in technologie, soms in een andere inrichting van het proces of een combinatie hiervan. De vraagstukken waarmee je werkt verschillen in omvang. Het ene moment verdiep je je langere tijd in een proces, het andere moment zie je een praktische mogelijkheid waarmee collega's direct slimmer kunnen werken. O...
