Wil jij met slimme inkoopanalyses bijdragen aan succesvolle technische projecten? Als Procurement Analyst vertaal je data naar concrete verbeteringen in kosten, leveranciersprestaties en inkoopprocessen. Je krijgt de kans om jouw analytische vaardigheden in te zetten en direct invloed uit te oefenen op belangrijke inkoopbeslissingen. Wat ga je doen?Als Procurement Analyst bij onze opdrachtgever speel je een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van inkoopprocessen en het ondersteunen van technische projecten. Je analyseert marktontwikkelingen, leveranciersgegevens, kosten en risico's om kansen voor besparingen en verbeteringen te ontdekken. Met jouw inzichten help je de afdeling Procurement om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen en projecten succesvol uit te voeren. Je werkt dagelijks met inkoopdata uit systemen zoals SAP en Power BI. Hierbij zorg je dat gegevens betrouwbaar, volledig en actueel zijn. Je voert kostenanalyses uit, vergelijkt offertes en brengt verschillen tussen leveranciers in kaart. Ook ben je betrokken bij Cost Value Engineering (CVE), waarbij je samen met collega's onderzoekt hoe producten en processen slimmer en voordeliger kunnen worden ingericht. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met Project Procurement Managers, Strategic Buyers en afdelingen zoals Engineering en Operations. Je verzamelt de juiste informatie, bewaakt de kwaliteit van leveranciersdata en ondersteunt bij het ontwikkelen van inkoopstrategieën. Door jouw nauwkeurige analyses en heldere rapportages krijgen betrokken collega's beter inzicht in kosten, risico's en verbetermogelijkheden. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van markt-, kosten- en risicoanalyses voor technische inkoopprojecten; - Verzamelen, controleren en analyseren van inkoopdata met SAP, Power BI en Excel; - Aanvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes (RFQ) bij leveranciers; - Signaleren van kostenbesparingen en verbeterkansen binnen inkoopprocessen; - Opschonen, standaardiseren en beheren van leveranciers- en inkoopdata;..
