Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Procurement Officer. Vous prenez en charge les achats de matériels, d’équipements et de prestations de services nécessaires à l’exploitation, à la maintenance et aux projets industriels.

  • Function
  • L’encadrement complet du processus d’appel d’offres, votre contribution variant en fonction de la complexité des dossiers
  • L’application d’une stratégie de négociation adaptée en vue de trouver la solution la plus avantageuse pour la société
  • La détection à temps des besoins en achat des clients internes sur la base d’une analyse de données et de contacts réguliers.
  • La création d’une ouverture de marché suffisante, d’une part, en examinant la demande interne et en la décrivant le plus correctement possible et, d’autre part, en suscitant à temps l’intérêt nécessaire du marché.
  • L’actualisation des spécifications techniques et commerciales en fonction du résultat visé.
  • La gestion des contrats en cours pendant la durée de leur validité (réclamations, renégociations possibles, etc.) en concertation avec les clients internes.
  • La définition et l’élaboration d’une vision relative à l’achat à terme de certaines catégories de biens et services (cf. Plan d’achat).
  • Vous possédez un Master en Sciences Industrielles, en Sciences Economiques Appliquées ou équivalent et pouvez faire valoir une expérience professionnelle de 5 ans, de préférence dans un environnement industriel
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans les négociations
  • Vous connaissez les logiciels Coupa et SAP
  • La connaissance des procédures d’appels d’offres publics est nécessaire
  • L’expérience dans les achats techniques est un atout
  • Vous avez de réelles aptitudes rédactionnelles (vous avez une aisance avec les textes contractuels)
  • Vous faites preuve de proactivité, d’assertivité, de diplomatie et d’une volonté de trouver des solutions
  • Vous avez un esprit d’équipe associé à une excellente capacité organisationnelle et à une bonne résistance au stress
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et le néerlandais et avez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais
  • Vous maîtrisez la suite MS Office et les outils de bureautique. Votre expérience avec SAP vous permet directement de gérer les achats de manière efficace
  • Vous avez un permis B.
