That's where you come in. Why this role matters This is where design direction meets real product impact. As our Product Designer Outerwear , you help shape seasonal outerwear collections that stay true to the brand and align with market trends and consumer expectations. You guide the outerwear team through the calendar, raise the quality of execution, and make sure design handovers translate into prototypes that land right in fit, construction and detail. You are not here to just create concepts. You are here to make sure the team turns ideas into outerwear that performs, season after season. What you'll do - Guide the day-to-day planning and workflow for the outerwear design team throughout the year calendar; - Mentor junior designers and interns with clear feedback and direction; - Build strong seasonal collections that align with brand DNA and commercial reality; - Collaborate closely with merchandising and development to ensure feasibility, costing and execution; - Lead design handovers with development to kick off prototyping and sampling; - Select and source fabrics, trims and mate...
