Werken bij Product Manager - iD Cloud Groenlo, Nederland 32 - 38 uur € 4.300 - € 6.000 Hybrid Wat ga je doen? Van klantprobleem naar productrichting: ontdek wat internationale retailers echt nodig hebben en help bepalen wat we vervolgens bouwen. In een winkel gebeurt voortdurend iets: producten komen binnen, worden verplaatst, verkocht of raken zoek. Met iD Cloud helpen we internationale retailers om te begrijpen wat er in hun winkels gebeurt en hun dagelijkse winkelprocessen eenvoudiger en slimmer te organiseren. Daarbij combineren we cloudsoftware, mobiele applicaties, data en RFID-technologie. Als Product Manager onderzoek je waar retailers tegenaan lopen en welke problemen het waard zijn om op te lossen. Je spreekt rechtstreeks met klanten en gebruikers, vraagt door en brengt verschillende perspectieven terug tot de kern. Die inzichten vertaal je samen met je collega's naar productkeuzes en de roadmap van iD Cloud Store. Daar ligt nog veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling. We willen bijvoorbeeld grotere winkelvolumes beter ondersteunen, onze oplossingen flexibeler configureerbaar maken en de data binnen iD Cloud steeds slimmer gebruiken. Zo kan onze software winkelmedewerkers in de toekomst niet alleen laten zien wat er gebeurt, maar hen ook helpen bepalen welke actie op dat moment relevant is. Je helpt bepalen wat we ontwikkelen en waarom. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan individuele klantvragen en zoekt naar oplossingen die relevant zijn voor meerdere internationale retailers.
