Als Product Manager bij MoneyMonk breng je klantwaarde van het eerste ruwe idee tot daadwerkelijk gebruik. Je zoekt uit wat ondernemers en boekhouders echt nodig hebben en je helpt kiezen wat we wél en niet bouwen. Jouw doel? Software waar onze klanten van gaan boekhouden! Dat doen we (nog) niet als de grootste speler in de markt, maar wel met de hoogste klanttevredenheid. (Bekijk onze reviews maar eens, we zijn er trots op!)) Over de rol. We hebben een sterk engineering team dat wij als product-team ondersteunen door goed na te denken, nog voor zij de eerste regel code schrijven. Is een specificatie onduidelijk, dan gaat hun tijd op aan uitzoeken wat er bedoeld werd in plaats van aan bouwen. Dat nadenken doe jij. Je zoekt uit wat het probleem nou echt is, bedenkt hoe de oplossing eruit moet zien en met welke edge cases we rekening moeten houden (uitvogelcapaciteit noemen we dat hier). Daarna zorg je dat die oplossing ook de deur uit komt. Je bent dus geen doorgeefluik tussen klant en engineering, maar degene die zorgt dat we het juiste bouwen. Ons productteam is klein.
