Als vraagbaak van je teams zorg jij dat elk project binnen scope, tijd en budget echte waarde oplevert voor de klant. Bij CODE14 bouwen we digitale oplossingen die renderen voor het mkb in Nederland. Als product manager ben jij per klant of project de motor achter alles wat er dagelijks gebeurt. Voor de ontwikkelaars ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt, dus loopt er iets vast of is iets nog onduidelijk, dan los jij het op en kan het team weer door. Gaat een vraag over de wens van de klant, dan schakel je snel met de business analist. Simplifying digital complexity begint bij iemand die het overzicht bewaart, en dat ben jij. Je bewaakt de planning en de bezetting en ziet afhankelijkheden aankomen voordat ze gaan knellen. Ook de financiële kant heb je stevig in handen, van begroting tot declarabiliteit.
