Aufgaben * Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung zentraler digitaler Produkte und Prozesse im Bereich Accounting. * Du analysierst und entwickelst digitale Accounting-Prozesse weiter - von der Aufnahme des Ist-Zustands bis zur Definition klarer Zielprozesse und Anforderungen. * Du gestaltest Lösungen rund um E-Invoicing, digitale Rechnungsverarbeitung und automatisierte Finance-Prozesse. * Du strukturierst fachliche Anforderungen, übersetzt sie in umsetzbare Produkt- und Lösungskonzepte und priorisierst sie nach Business Impact, Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und technischer Machbarkeit. * Du gestaltest die SAP-Finance-Landschaft aktiv mit und begleitest Veränderungs- und Transformationsvorhaben von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. * Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Architektur, Tech-Teams und externen Partnern zusammen, stellst fachliche Klarheit sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Compliance-Anforderungen sicher und schaffst Transparenz über Roadmap, Fortschritt, Risiken und Entscheidungen.

Qualifikationen * Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Product Management, Product Ownership oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Accounting und IT. * Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Verständnis von Accounting- und Finance-Prozessen sowie deren Abbildung in digitalen Systemen. * Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse und fachlicher Anforderungen. * Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im SAP-FI/CO-Umfeld oder in vergleichbaren komplexen ERP- und Finance-Landschaften sowie Erfahrung mit E-Invoicing und elektronischer Rechnungsverarbeitung mit. * Du beherrschst Requirements Engineering und Geschäftsprozessanalyse und kannst fachliche Anforderungen, Prozesse und technische Möglichkeiten in klare Zielbilder und umsetzbare Lösungen übersetzen. * Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch.
