Whether it concerns technical specifications, pricing questions, product availability, environmental regulations, or new customer requests, you are the first point of contact for sales colleagues. You work closely with HQ on a daily basis, acting as the bridge between the European market and engineering teams in Asia. You translate customer requirements into clear product specifications, provide market feedback, and help ensure products, pricing, and roadmaps align with regional needs. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as the primary product contact for the EMEA sales organization. - Advising sales teams on product selection, specifications, pricing, and product positioning. - Supporting custom projects and major customer opportunities. - Coordinating with HQ regarding product availability, lead times, forecasts, and supply planning. - Managing New Product Introductions (NPI), Product Change Notifications (PCN), and End-of-Life (EOL) processes. - Monitoring market developments, customer requirements, and regulatory changes. - Translating technical and commercial requirements into actionable input for HQ engineering teams. - Creating product documentation, training materials, and delivering internal product training sessions. - Contributi...
