De IT-dienstverlening wordt verzorgd door Information Services (IS). Deze afdeling ondersteunt alle onderdelen van TNO - van onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering tot de samenwerking met externe partners - met een toekomstbestendig en snel veranderend digitaal landschap. Functieomschrijving Waarom deze rol? Als Product Owner geef je richting aan twee DevOps-teams die bijdragen aan een beheersbaar, wendbaar, efficiënt en veilig applicatielandschap voor TNO. Je vertaalt de behoefte van de organisatie naar een heldere productvisie, roadmap en prioriteiten, waarbij je continu stuurt op maximale businesswaarde. Het ene team, Tooling & Automation (monitoring, logging, ITSM en AIOps), bevindt zich in de opstartfase. Hier krijg je de kans om vanaf de basis mee te bouwen aan de productrichting, de roadmap vorm te geven en deelname aan PI-events. Het tweede team is het applicatieontwikkelteam dat ongeveer een jaar bestaat en verantwoordelijk is voor de verdere ontwikkeling van bedrijfsapplicaties. Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders, eindgebruikers en developers, prioriteert de backlog en zorgt ervoor dat de teams de juiste oplossingen realiseren voor de uitdagingen van TNO Dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden - Maximaliseer waarde, niet features: koppel elk backlog-item aan een concreet bedrijfsresultaat. - Bewaak visie en roadmap: werk vanuit strategische doelen en breng focus in het groeipad van onze applicaties, waaronder Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, ITSM tooling, Splunk. - Verbind mensen: organiseer demo's om draagvlak te creëren en verwachtingen te managen. - Prioriteer continu: weeg belangen, budget en r...
