Beschrijving Wil jij samen met je collega's een actieve rol spelen in de energietransitie als Product Owner voor het nieuwe Agile team CIM? Je leidt de ontwikkeling van dataproducten op basis van het Common Information Model (CIM) en zorgt voor de vertaling van interne bronnen naar Netbeheer Nederland data‑profielen. Je werkt ketenoverstijgend binnen Asset Planning & Performance, Asset Netcapaciteit & Inzicht en stemt inhoudelijk af met diverse data‑eigenaren en Netbeheer Nederland. Je bouwt een nieuw team op binnen Enexis, werkt samen met collega Product Owners en Product Managers en begeleidt het team in Agile/Scrum binnen het SAFe‑framework. Je bewaakt prioriteiten en productvisie, faciliteert stakeholdermanagement en richt je op het leveren van maximale businesswaarde voor de energietransitie. Locatie: Den Bosch. Vereist profiel - Aantoonbare ervaring als Product Owner in een Agile/SAFe‑omgeving, bij voorkeur binnen data‑gedreven projecten. - Kennis en affiniteit met datamodellering, gegevensuitwisseling en het Common Information Model (CIM) of vergelijkbare standaarden. - Sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden en ervaring met ketenoverstijgende samenwerking tussen business, data‑eigenaren en IT. - Ervaring met het opzetten en uitbouwen van (multifunctionele) teams en het delen van best practices binnen een Productmanagement‑cluster. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgericht denken en capaciteit om technische inhoud te vertalen naar businesswaarde. - Analytisch vermogen, prioriteringsvaardigheden en ervaring met het definiëren van productvisie en roadmap. - Affiniteit met de energiesector en digitale transformatie is een pré.
