Product Owner (Verambtelijking) - TenMonks Product Owner (Verambtelijking) Als Product Owner voor een van de platformteams van het Integratie Competence Center (ICC) van de Belastingdienst ben je de schakel tussen de klanten, de IT-Architect en het DevOps team. Het ICC levert generieke platformen op het gebied van data integratie voor de gehele Belastingdienst, zoals een Enterprice Service Bus, een Event Streaming Dienst en een API-Management Dienst. Daarnaast leveren we een Service Registry en een Schema Store. Het product is niet de integratie zelf, maar de enabling infrastructuur waarmee andere teams zelf veilig en snel integraties kunnen bouwen Dit vraagt van de Product Owner dat hij zelf ook veel technische kennis en ervaring moet hebben van de In dit specifieke geval gaat het om het API-Management platform welke bestaat uit Apigee van Google waarbij het management-plane op de Google Cloud staat en het data-plane op een openshift platform binnen de Belastingdienst. De focus van het Product Owner: • Developer Experience (DevEx): De platformen moet zo intuïtief zijn dat developers/klanten op basis van selfservice de diensten van ICC kunnen gebruiken. • Standaardisatie: Prioriteit geven aan het opleveren van diensten volgens standaards, CI/CD en • Geautomatiseerde Governance: Zorgen dat kaders en richtlijnen (zoals security- en kwaliteitschecks) automatisch in de pipelines zijn ingebouwd (Policy-as-Code). • Evangelisatie & Support: Het promoten van het platformen binnen de organisatie en het onboarden van nieuwe teams via goede documentatie en cosultancy. De Product Owner moet zorgen dat de backlog van het platformteam gevuld is met stories en dat deze in refinement sessies met het platformteam sprint ready worden gemaakt. Door middel van dagstarts zal de status en de voortgang gevolgd worden, tijdens de sprintwissel zal het platformteam het resultaat presenteren en in de sprintplanning zullen de stories voo...
