Als Product & Service Lead (m/w/d) für Application Platforms übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für ein zukunftsweisendes Produktportfolio an der Schnittstelle von Data, Artificial Intelligence, Automation und Analytics

Sie führen Ihren Cluster sowohl disziplinarisch, fachlich als auch wirtschaftlich und setzen gemeinsam mit Ihren Product Ownern (m/w/d) die Leitplanken für den langfristigen Erfolg Ihrer Produkte. Dabei verbinden Sie strategische Weitsicht mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke und fördern eine Kultur der Verantwortung, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

In enger Kooperation mit unseren Business-Stakeholder:innen und externen Partner:innen sorgen Sie dafür, dass aus Technologie echter Mehrwert entsteht - datengetrieben, skalierbar und mit klarem Fokus auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen.

Die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Clusters Application Platforms

* Die strategische und wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung für das Produktportfolio in den Bereichen Data Platform, Power Platform, AI Platform, RPA und Power BI auf Basis des Microsoft-Technologie-Stacks * Die Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Product Owner:innen sowie die Etablierung einer leistungsstarken und kund:innenorientierten Produktorganisation * Die Definition und Umsetzung einer klaren Produkt- und Plattformstrategie mit Fokus auf Kund:innennutzen, Innovation und Geschäftswert * Die Verantwortung für Servicequalität, Governance und die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der verantworteten Plattformen * Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business-Stakeholder:innen, Architekt:innen, Operations und externen Partner:innen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftspotenziale * Die aktive Gestaltung der digitalen Transformation durch den Einsatz moderner Daten-, Automatisierungs- und KI-Lösungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (FH, Universität) * Mehrjährige Führungs- und Managementerfahrung in produktorientierten Organisationen mit Verantwortung für Product Owner:innen und Produktportfolios * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Plattformstrategien, digitale Produkte und Cloud-Technologien - idealerweise im Microsoft-Umfeld * Expertise im Management und der Steuerung externer Dienstleister:innen und Service-Provider:innen * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit Management, Stakeholder:innen und konzernweiten Schnittstellen * Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsstärke * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten

Das bieten wir:

Entgelt und Benefits: Das Mindestgehalt für diesen Arbeitsplatz beträgt € 7.500,- brutto (14-mal jährlich). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig. Für diese Position ist ein All-in-Vertrag vorgesehen.
