Als Productie Coördinator Parts houd je grip op de productieplanning en logistieke processen binnen een technische productieomgeving. Pak deze kans om processen te verbeteren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in de hightechindustrie! Wat ga je doen?Als Productie Coördinator Parts bij onze opdrachtgever in Eindhoven zorg je ervoor dat de productieplanning goed wordt uitgevoerd. Je bewaakt de materiaalstromen en zorgt dat alle benodigde onderdelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Hierdoor kunnen productieorders zonder vertraging starten en blijft het productieproces soepel verlopen. Je houdt dagelijks overzicht over de inkomende en uitgaande materialen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het magazijn, de groepsleiders en de Order Manager. Je start productieorders, geeft pickopdrachten uit en controleert of de juiste materialen op de juiste plek terechtkomen. Tijdens het dagelijkse overleg bespreek je de voortgang en pak je mogelijke knelpunten direct aan. Naast het bewaken van de planning kijk je naar mogelijkheden om processen slimmer in te richten. Je signaleert verbeterpunten in de logistieke aansturing en denkt mee over procesoptimalisatie. Met jouw analytische blik en praktische aanpak draag je bij aan een efficiënte productieomgeving waarin kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bewaken van inkomende materiaalstromen en controleren van de beschikbaarheid van onderdelen; - Starten van productieorders en uitgeven van pickopdrachten aan het magazijn; - Controleren van uitgaande materiaalstromen en afstemmen met groepsleiders en de Order Manager; - Bewaken van de korte termijn productieplanning en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen; - Controleren van de VC/NC-materiaalstromen volgens de geldende productieprocessen; - Deelnemen aan dagelijkse productieoverleggen en bespreken van operationele knelpunten; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen binnen logis.
