Hou jij ervan wanneer een planning klopt, maar weet je ook hoe je moet schakelen wanneer de realiteit anders loopt? Voor een productieomgeving waarin veel op maat wordt gewerkt, zoeken we een Productie Planner die graag het overzicht bewaart en tegelijk dicht bij de praktijk staat.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van de productie en zorgt ervoor dat klantenvraag, beschikbare capaciteit en materialen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Dat vraagt niet alleen een sterke organisatie, maar ook het vermogen om vooruit te kijken en snel bij te sturen wanneer dat nodig is.

Een greep uit je verantwoordelijkheden: Je maakt de planning voor de komende weken en maanden en volgt dagelijks op of alles volgens plan verloopt. Verandert een bestelling, valt een machine uit of is een grondstof niet tijdig beschikbaar? Dan bekijk jij wat de impact is en zoek je samen met de betrokken collega's naar een oplossing.

Daarnaast analyseer je cijfers en gegevens om beter te kunnen inschatten wat er de komende periode nodig is. Je denkt mee over verschillende mogelijkheden en zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om de productie vlotter en efficiënter te laten verlopen.

Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met verkoop, productie en andere interne afdelingen en hebt ook contact met collega's van productiesites in het buitenland. Zo krijg je een brede kijk op de planning en de volledige productie.

Digitalisering speelt daarbij een steeds grotere rol. Je werkt met verschillende digitale systemen en krijgt de ruimte om mee na te denken over nieuwe manieren om de planning te verbeteren, waaronder toepassingen met AI. Wie zoeken we? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die al weet wat het betekent om een productieplanning te beheren.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bijvoorbeeld in Supply Chain, Logistiek of Handelswetenschappen. Ook met een andere opleiding en relevante ervaring kom je in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt ervaring als planner binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt graag met cijfers en gegevens.
  • Je houdt van structuur, maar kunt ook vlot schakelen wanneer de planning verandert.
  • Je neemt initiatief en gaat problemen niet uit de weg.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt interesse in digitale toepassingen en denkt graag mee over hoe dingen beter kunnen.
