Algemeen profiel

Als Productiespecialist vervul je een gevorderde rol binnen de carrièreontwikkeling vanuit de functie van Productietechnicus, met uitgebreidere verantwoordelijkheden en vaardigheden. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het uitvoeren van gespecialiseerde afstellingen aan productieapparatuur om de prestaties te optimaliseren, het uitvoeren van geavanceerde probleemoplossing om complexe storingen te diagnosticeren en op te lossen, het uitvoeren van uitgebreid preventief onderhoud om de langdurige betrouwbaarheid van apparatuur te waarborgen, het toezicht houden op kwaliteitscontroles en het implementeren van kwaliteitsborgingsprocessen om hoge productnormen te handhaven, het bevorderen en handhaven van veiligheidsprotocollen om een veilige werkomgeving te garanderen, en ervoor zorgen dat het productieproces continu en efficiënt verloopt.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bedienen en monitoren van meerdere machines met autonomie, zorgt voor een continue en stabiele productie door meerdere machines binnen de lijn efficiënt te bedienen.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige werking en naleving van veiligheidsnormen, volgt alle veiligheidsprocedures en draagt actief bij aan het behouden van een veilige en risicovrije werkomgeving.
  • Ondersteunen bij probleemoplossing en oorzaakanalyse op de productielijn, diagnosticeert kleine mechanische en procesproblemen en neemt deel aan gestructureerde probleemoplossing.
  • Uitvoeren van omstellingen en routinematige afstellingen, ondersteunt of leidt omstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat apparatuur correct wordt ingesteld voor de volgende productierun met minimale stilstand.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhouds- en reinigingstaken, voert basisonderhoud, inspecties en reiniging uit volgens de standaardprocedures.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van proces- en kwaliteitsparameters, bewaakt inline metingen, controleert kwaliteitsindicatoren en signaleert afwijkingen zodat correctieve acties kunnen worden genomen.
  • Verspilling elimineren, signaleert procesinefficiënties, materiaalverlies of stilstand van apparatuur en draagt bij aan oplossingen die verspilling verminderen en de procesflow verbeteren.
  • Bijdragen aan training en onboarding van nieuwe technici, deelt kennis met minder ervaren operators en helpt bij het versterken van de capaciteiten van het team op de lijn.
  • Ondersteunen en stimuleren van continue verbetering op de productielijn, neemt actief deel aan verbeterinitiatieven.

Kwalificaties en ervaring

  • 2+ jaar
  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig
