Functie

Als Productie supervisor in Ninove zorg je voor een vlotte productie en een gemotiveerd team. Je combineert people management met een hands-on aanpak.

Jouw taken:

  • Je stuurt samen met een collega een team van 50 tot 70 medewerkers aan.
  • Je bewaakt de productieplanning, kwaliteit, rendement en KPI's.
  • Je bent 80% van je tijd op de werkvloer en coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt je medewerkers.
  • Je volgt de personeelsplanning, afwezigheden en evaluatiegesprekken op.
  • Je optimaliseert productieprocessen via LEAN, 5S en continuous improvement.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid en kwaliteit en werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Production Manager.

Werkuren: Wisselend 2-ploegensysteem (06u00–14u00 / 14u00–22u00), van maandag tot vrijdag. Elk weekend vrij!

Profiel

  • Je hebt een aantal jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring in de voedingssector is een pluspunt, geen vereiste.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch of productiegericht diploma, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren, coachen en aansturen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, organisatorisch sterk en durft beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheden te delegeren.
  • Je hebt inzicht in productieplanning, personeelsbezetting, rendement en kwaliteit.
  • Kennis van LEAN, 5S, HACCP of geautomatiseerde productielijnen is een troef.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
