Voor onze klant in Malle, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Productie Supervisor 2-ploegen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Productie Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van jouw ploeg en de resultaten van de verschillende productielijnen. Je houdt het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Dit neem jij in handen:

  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 40 medewerkers aan en coacht hen op de werkvloer.
  • Je plant, verdeelt en volgt de werkzaamheden van je ploeg op.
  • Je bewaakt het productieproces en draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor jouw ploeg.
  • Je maakt medewerkers bewust van het belang van kwaliteit en veiligheid en zorgt dat die aandacht ook zichtbaar is in hun dagelijkse werk.
  • Je overlegt en werkt nauw samen met je collega’s, de bereidingsafdeling en het magazijn.
  • Je werkt met de ondersteuning van een assistent-teamleader en rapporteert aan de productiemanager.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel, afwisselend in de vroege en late ploeg.

  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Kennis van HACCP en een voortdurende focus op kwaliteit.
  • Sterke coachende vaardigheden: je ondersteunt medewerkers en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Een punctuele, flexibele en teamgerichte werkhouding.
  • Bereidheid om in de vroege en late ploeg te werken.
