Vacature: Productieleider (2-ploegendienst) Standplaats: Regio Venlo Dienstverband: Fulltime 2-ploegendienst 5 dagen per week (maandag t/m zondag) Salarisindicatie: 3.800-4.800 bruto per maand (excl. toeslagen)

Functieomschrijving

Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en daadkrachtige Productieleider die het overzicht bewaart en structuur aanbrengt binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Je stuurt dagelijks een team aan van 30 tot 70 medewerkers afhankelijk van de afdeling. Als productieleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren coördineren en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse productieprocessen. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst verspreid over vijf dagen per week (inclusief weekenden). De werktijden zijn afhankelijk van de afdeling en bestaan doorgaans uit: Nachtdienst: 21:00-06:00 Dagdienst: vanaf 06:00 tot einde dienst

Wat ga je doen

Leidinggeven aan een team van 30-70 productiemedewerkers Plannen en aansturen van productieactiviteiten Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en output Signaleren van verbeterkansen en optimaliseren van processen Rapporteren aan de productiemanager en meewerken aan operationele doelstellingen
