- Vacature Productieleider OOSTERHOUT NB Logo Raaak Personeel Wat ga je doen Als Productieleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, organiseren en controleren van de productieactiviteiten op de locatie in Oosterhout. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle orders op tijd en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd. Je signaleert knelpunten in het proces en lost deze snel en effectief op. Jij ontwikkelt en verbetert werkprocessen en stelt heldere instructies en handboeken op. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van jouw teamleden. Je voert functionerings-, beoordelings- en verbetergesprekken en houdt de voortgang van het productieproces goed in de gaten. Als Productieleider fungeer jij ook als aanspreekpunt voor collega's van andere afdelingen zoals supply chain, commercie en QSHE en werk je nauw samen om interne doelstellingen te behalen. Ook beheer je de voorraden en zorg je dat alles op de werkvloer soepel verloopt. Incidenteel ben je bereikbaar bij storingen of problemen. Alle circa 50 medewerkers werken op deze locatie. Jij geeft leiding aan een team van 15-20 productiemedewerkers, waaronder drie hoofdoperators.
