Als Productieleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een dynamisch en internationaal team van zo'n 80 medewerkers in de kwekerij. In verband met de uitbreiding naar een nieuwe teeltlocatie medio 2026 zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe Teamleider. Je start in één van de bestaande locaties in Burgerveen en krijgt daarna een sleutelrol in het opbouwen en aansturen van het team op onze nieuwe teeltlocatie. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het arbeidsproces van één van onze kwekerijen in Burgerveen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze uitzendkrachten in de productie. Je maakt de arbeidsplanning en zorgt dat het werk efficiënt wordt uitgevoerd. Ook coach je onze medewerkers in de juiste manier van werken. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-teamleider, contactpersoon uitzendbureau en teeltspecialist. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Operations & TD. - Kernverantwoordelijkheden binnen deze functie: - Je motiveert en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen het naar zijn zin heeft; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de arbeidsplanning vandaag en enkele maanden vooruit; - Je houdt de arbeidsnormen goed in de gaten en stuurt zo nodig bij; - Je zorgt voor naleving van de kwaliteits- en hygiëneregels; - Je ziet waar processen efficiënter kunnen en draagt bij aan verbeteringen; - Je geeft je input in het teamoverleg. Wij vragen Wat breng je mee? Je vindt het leuk om leiding te geven aan een team. Je bent flexibel en kan goed prioriteiten stellen. Je houdt van afwisseling, want geen dag is hetzelfde. Verder: - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau en 2 jaar ervaring met leidinggeven; - Ervaring in de tuinbouwbranche is een pré, maar geen must; - Kan je omgaan met verschillende culturen; - Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en spreek je Engels.
