Wat ga je doen - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van de medewerkers op de werkvloer om binnen de productie en techniek om samen de gestelde doelen te behalen. - Stimuleren van een positieve en productieve werkomgeving waarin je zorg draagt voor een gezonde werkdruk, een goede sfeer en het welzijn van je team. - Motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers zodat zij het beste uit zichzelf halen, ondersteund door het voeren van regelmatige functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken. - Optimaliseren van het huidige productieproces om de efficiëntie, lijnbezetting en output direct te verhogen en sneller te werken zonder kwaliteitsverlies. - Signaleren en direct oplossen van (mogelijke) operationele problemen en knelpunten op de werkvloer. - Bewaken van de dagelijkse productieplanning, de bedrijfsprocedures en de strenge hygiënestandaarden (FSSC 22000). - Analyseren van procesdata en het initiëre...
