Functiebeschrijving De Productieleider is verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van mensen en processen binnen de productie, van voorbereiding tot assemblage. Binnen deze rol is er voldoende ruimte om nieuwe processen neer te zetten die passen bij de groeiambities en bestaande structuren te versterken. De Productieleider rapporteert aan de Productiemanager en werkt nauw samen met onder andere de Executive Chef, Manager Kwaliteit, R&D en Logistiek. Taken/bevoegdheden/verantwoordelijkheden Kwaliteit - Je borgt de productkwaliteit en spreekt medewerkers hierop aan. - Je stuurt op vermindering van food- en non-foodverspilling. - Je registreert, analyseert en volgt klachten ter verbetering van kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid op. - Je ziet toe op naleving van allergenen-, kosher-, halal- en (voedsel)veiligheidsrichtlijnen.
