Als productiemedewerker in Haaksbergen werk je mee aan hoogwaardige gevelstenen die straks terug te zien zijn in woningen en bedrijfspanden door heel Nederland. Geen lopende bandwerk, maar echt vakwerk waar jouw inzet zichtbaar resultaat oplevert.

Samen met je collega's start je de werkdag om 07:45 uur. Je wordt goed ingewerkt en leert het vak stap voor stap in de praktijk. Ervaring is daarom niet nodig. Als jij gemotiveerd bent en graag met je handen werkt, leren wij je de rest.

Wat ga je doen?

Als productiemedewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de stenen van hoge kwaliteit zijn voordat ze naar de klant gaan. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Voorbereiden van grondstoffen en vullen van mallen - Plaatsen van mallen in rekken en ovens - Uithalen van uitgeharde producten - Controleren van kwaliteit en afmetingen - Klaarmaken van producten voor verdere afwerking - Samen zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek

Het mooiste? Aan het einde van je werkdag kun je letterlijk zien wat jij hebt gemaakt en kun je trots zijn op je werk. Bovendien kun je je eigen werk overal terug zien komen in het straatbeeld!
