Productiemedewerker Nijverdal 38 - 40 uur per week Tussen €16,93 en €20,23 per uur Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als Productiemedewerker leer je alle belangrijke stappen van het productieproces. Je begint met de basis en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het samenstellen van laminaatpakketten aan de hand van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies; - Het produceren en verwerken van hoogwaardige carbon laminaten; - Het zagen, meten en nauwkeurig bewerken van materialen; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en zorgvuldig werken volgens de geldende procedures; - Het schoon, veilig en overzichtelijk houden van je werkplek.Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt met verschillende materialen en producten en krijgt de mogelijkheid om jezelf steeds verder te ontwikkelen. Wanneer je het productieproces goed beheerst, word je verder opgeleid richting een zelfstandige operatorfunctie. Wat we je bieden Je krijgt niet alleen een goed salaris, maar ook volop mogelijkheden om een technisch vak te leren en door te groeien. Verder kan je rekenen op: - Een startsalaris van €16,93 bruto per uur in de dagdienst. Na doorgroei naar de 3-ploegen ontvang je €20,23 bruto per uur, inclusief 19,5% ploegentoeslag. - Een fulltime werkweek van 37 uur, met uitzicht op een vast contract, bijna 40 vrije dagen per jaar inclusief ADV en 8% vakantiegeld. - €0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer of een OV-Businesskaart. - Een uitgebreid inwerk- en opleidingstraject, met volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar operator. - De kans om te werken met innovatieve carbonmaterialen die onder andere worden toegepast in de luchtvaart en autosport.
