In deze functie werk je mee aan producten die worden gebruikt in specialistische industriële toepassingen. Je krijgt een afwisselende baan in dagdienst, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en vakmanschap centraal staan. Je wordt onderdeel van een professioneel productieteam en leert stap voor stap hoe vuurvaste vormstenen worden gemaakt. Van het voorbereiden van de mallen tot het controleren van het eindproduct: jij bent een belangrijke schakel in het proces. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Je werkt mee aan verschillende onderdelen van het productieproces. Daarbij is het belangrijk dat je zorgvuldig werkt en oog hebt voor kwaliteit. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Productiemallen voorbereiden, opbouwen en na gebruik demonteren. - Grondstoffen mengen en betonmengsels storten. - Machines en gereedschappen bedienen. - Producten controleren op kwaliteit en maatvoering. - Tijdens het proces kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren. - Afwijkingen signaleren en doorgeven. - Machines en gereedschappen netjes en zorgvuldig onderhouden. - De werkplek schoon en veilig houden. - Meedenken over manieren om het productieproces te verbeteren. Functievereisten Wat breng je mee? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag wil leren en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn werk. Je beschikt over: - MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring binnen productie, techniek of een vergelijkbare werkomgeving. - Technisch inzicht en interesse in het werken met machines en materialen. - Het vermogen om technische tekeningen te lezen, of de motivatie om dit te leren. - Een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Basiskennis van de Engelse taal is een pré. - De bereidheid om een heftruckcertificaat te behalen wanneer dit nodig is.
