Functieomschrijving: Als Medewerker Productie / Operator vervul je een gevarieerde en sleutelrol in het fabricageproces. Je bewaakt de materiaalstroom, bedient de apparatuur en zorgt voor een perfect afgewerkt eindproduct. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Begeleiden en nauwkeurig controleren van het plaatmateriaal gedurende de verschillende bewerkingsstappen. • Instellen, opstarten en bedienen van geautomatiseerde bewerkings- en productiemachines. • Continu bewaken van de voortgang van het proces en direct ingrijpen of communiceren bij afwijkingen. • Afstemmen met je directe collega's over de planning, materiaalaanvoer en grondstofvoorraden. • Uitvoeren van kritische kwaliteitscontroles op het afgewerkte plaatmateriaal. • Schoon, georganiseerd en veilig houden van de eigen werkplek.
