Met ruim 180 collega's vervoeren zij goederen door Nederland en daarbuiten. Op de papierafdeling worden papierrollen versneden en verwerkt. De sfeer is persoonlijk, de lijnen zijn kort en er zijn volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als machine operator, want dit bedrijf investeert graag in jouw groei. In deze functie als productiemedewerker werk je met verschillende snijmachines en zorgt ervoor dat het snijproces soepel verloopt en draagt bij aan de hoge kwaliteit verpakkingskarton. Je ontwikkelt jezelf tot machine operator en werkt in een hecht team met veel afwisseling en doorgroeikansen en ontvangt een aantrekkelijk salaris met extra toeslagen. Bereidheid om in 2-ploegendienst te werken is een must. Over de functie Als productiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van grote rollen verpakkingskarton tot kwalitatieve vellen papier. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen, bedienen en controleren van productiemachines; - Inhangen van papierrollen in de snijmachines; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen; - Registreren van productiegegevens; - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het proces. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst van 06:30 tot 15:00 uur en van 15:00 tot 23:30 uur.
