Dit betekent dat je verschillende taken leert, zodat jouw werk afwisselend, gezond en interessant blijft. Je krijgt bovendien een vaste mentor toegewezen die je vanaf dag één wegwijs maakt binnen ons bedrijf. Diverse afdelingen We zoeken versterking voor de volgende afdelingen: - Slicing: Wegen en verpakken aan moderne snijlijnen. - Zouterij / Rokerij: Pekelen en inpakken, rookkasten bedienen, fysiek werk, - ISA: Breed inzetbaar (transport, inpak, schoonmaak). Wat breng jij mee? - Goede fysieke conditie voor werk in een koude omgeving. - Flexibele, hygiënische en kwaliteitsbewuste werkhouding. - Handig met de PC, beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (minimaal A2 niveau) en woonachtig in de omgeving van Lisse. Wat bieden wij jou? - Salaris tussen € 2.650,- en € 2.850,- per maand o.b.v. 36 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Vaste dagdiensten (start ca. 07:00, eind ca. 16:00). - 24 vakantiedagen, goede pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding. - Ruimte voor ontwikkeling, doorgroeimogelijkheden en uitzicht op een vast contract. - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO, inclusief reiskostenvergoeding en een eindejaarsuitkering. - Een warm welkom met een eigen mentor die je tijdens je inwerktraject wegwijs maakt. - Een aantrekkelijke personeelskorting op onze eigen heerlijke vleeswaren! - Uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling bij goed functioneren.
