Drie dagen weekend klinkt dan weer best goed Als productiemedewerker bakkerij werk je vier dagen per week mee aan het maken van roggebrood. Geen ervaring met bakken? Geen probleem. Je leert op de werkvloer hoe het werkt. Je komt terecht bij een warm Fries familiebedrijf waar hard werken en gezelligheid prima samengaan. Wat ga je doen? Als jij om 05:00 uur begint, heeft de bakker het deeg al voorbereid. Samen met je team verdeel je het deeg over de bakblikken, waarna de roggebroden de oven in gaan. Dat vraagt in het begin wat handigheid, maar die krijg je vanzelf in de vingers. Je werkt vier dagen van 05:00 tot 16:00 uur en maakt daarmee je volledige werkweek.
