In deze rol maak je deel uit van een hecht team en speel je een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van onze productieprocessen. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen, nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en actief mee te denken over verbeteringen in onze werkwijze. Wat ga je doen: - Vervaardigen van betonnen producten zoals kanaalplaten en stapelblokken volgens specificaties. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om te garanderen dat de producten aan de eisen voldoen. - Bedienen van machines zoals zaagmachines en betonmixers na een interne training. - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen om efficiënter te werken. - Samenwerken met collega's en verschillende taken leren om flexibel inzetbaar te zijn.
