Wat ga je doen? Voor een garnalenbedrijf in Lauwersoog zoeken we een Productiemedewerker die graag overzicht houdt en handig is met computers en systemen. Je werkt mee aan het productieproces, maar dit is geen baan waarbij je de hele dag zwaar hoeft te tillen of fysiek bezig bent. De garnalen komen gekookt binnen en worden machinaal gepeld. Jij houdt in de gaten of het proces goed verloopt. Je bedient en controleert de machines, verwerkt de productiegegevens in de systemen, controleert de kwaliteit van het product en zorgt dat de garnalen op de juiste manier worden verpakt en verwerkt. Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het prettig om volgens een vaste werkwijze te werken. Ervaring in de productie is niet noodzakelijk; het is vooral belangrijk dat je overweg kunt met computers en nieuwe systemen snel oppakt. De normale werktijden zijn van 07:00 tot 16:00 uur . Wanneer er meer garnalen binnenkomen en de productie toeneemt, kan er tijdelijk in 2-ploegen worden gewerkt. Het rooster beweegt dus mee met de hoeveelheid werk. Omdat de aanvoer afhankelijk is van wat er op zee wordt gevangen, kan het in rustigere periodes voorkomen dat je een week wat minder uren werkt. Als je daar flexibel in bent en het geen probleem vindt dat je uren per week kunnen varieren, past deze functie goed bij je. Je werkt in een gekoelde productieruimte. Het werk is overzichtelijk en schoon en je werkt met machines en systemen in plaats van met zwaar fysiek werk.
