Start als Gieter bij een productiebedrijf in Almelo. Je werkt in dagdienst, maakt hoogwaardige kunststofproducten en krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar een leidinggevende functie. Wat ga je doen? Als productiemedewerker maak je kunststofproducten die dagelijks worden gebruikt. Je bent de hele dag actief bezig, werkt veel met je handen en ziet direct resultaat van je werk. Een sportschool heb je na werktijd bijna niet meer nodig. Je werkt in een warme productieomgeving waar aanpakken centraal staat. Je komt terecht in een collegiaal team waar de sfeer goed is en collega's elkaar helpen. Het vak leer je gewoon in de praktijk van ervaren collega's die je stap voor stap meenemen in het werk. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Kunststof in mallen gieten - Producten netjes afwerken - Kwaliteit controleren - Gereedschappen en mallen controleren - Afwijkingen melden bij je leidinggevende - Je werkplek schoon en veilig houden Deze functie als productiemedewerker is ideaal voor iemand die graag praktisch bezig is, kwaliteit belangrijk vindt en wil doorgroeien. Laat je zien dat je verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het vak goed beheerst, dan zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar teamleider of productieleider. Werktijden Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07:45 tot 16:30 uur. Dat betekent vaste werktijden, vrije avonden en ieder weekend vrij. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een productiebedrijf in Almelo waar kunststofproducten worden gemaakt. De sfeer is nuchter en collegiaal.
