Allround productiemedewerker 32 - 40 uur per week Tussen €2.700 en €3.500 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Geen standaard massaproductie, maar maatwerk voor verschillende machines en industriële goederen. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen ga je aan de slag met verschillende gereedschappen en productiemachines. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige productieproces: van het bewerken van materialen tot het controleren van het eindproduct. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat iedere order op tijd en volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen wordt afgerond. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Produceren en bewerken van houten en kartonnen maatwerkproducten; - Lezen en uitvoeren van technische tekeningen; - Werken met verschillende handgereedschappen en productiemachines; - Controleren van de kwaliteit van producten; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces; - Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek. Je werkt in dagdienst. Van maandag tot en met donderdag werk je van 07.30 tot 16.45 uur. Op vrijdag werk je van 07.30 tot 12.15 uur en begint je weekend dus al vroeg. Wat we je bieden Naast een afwisselende functie in dagdienst kun je rekenen op goede arbeidsvoorwaarden: - Een bruto maandsalaris tot €3.500 op basis van een 40-urige werkweek; - 32 vakantiedagen, 7 roostervrije dagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband en iedere vrijdag om 12.15 uur weekend; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - De keuze om per week of per 4 weken je salaris te ontvangen; - Een prettige werksfeer binnen een stabiel familiebedrijf.
