Productiemedewerker met heftruckcertificaat Gouda Je komt te werken bij een bedrijf in de foodindustrie in Zoetermeer. Het bedrijf produceert voedingsmiddelen en levert aan verschillende klanten binnen Europa. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 30 collega's die samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor het gehele productieproces. Binnen het bedrijf heerst een collegiale en nuchtere sfeer, waarbij iedereen bereid is elkaar te helpen. Er wordt veel waarde gehecht aan samenwerking, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, bijvoorbeeld door het volgen van opleidingen of het doorgroeien naar andere functies binnen het bedrijf. De organisatie is groeiende en investeert in moderne machines en een prettige werkomgeving. Functieomschrijving Als productiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces. Je werkt met verschillende machines en gebruikt je heftruckcertificaat om materialen te verplaatsen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt en dat de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft. Een gemiddelde dag start met het controleren van de werkplek en het bespreken van de taken met je team. Je vult machines aan met grondstoffen, voert controles uit, zorgt voor het schoonhouden van de werkplek en rijdt regelmatig op de heftruck om producten te verplaatsen.
