Als productiemedewerker zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces soepel blijft draaien. Zonder jouw inzet komen grondstoffen niet op tijd bij de machines en loopt de productie vertraging op. Je werkt met moderne installaties waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid centraal staan. Samen met je collega's bewaak je het proces en zorg je ervoor dat het eindproduct voldoet aan hoge kwaliteitseisen. Je start in een 2 ploegen rooster. Op termijn groeit de productie naar 3 ploegen . Jouw top 5 werkzaamheden zijn: - Zelfstandig bevoorraden van de verpakkingsmachine. - Bewaken van het productieproces en bijsturen waar nodig. - Tijdig melden van storingen aan de operator. - Sealen van zakken kunstmest volgens de kwaliteitsnormen. - Uitvoeren van schoonmaakwerkzaamheden voor een veilige werkplek. Je werkt in een omgeving waar productie, techniek en kwaliteit samenkomen. Tijdens drukke periodes kun je worden ingezet in een 3 ploegen rooster. Wat wij jou bieden Deze arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband. Zo kan jij rekenen op: - € 2.450,00 tot € 2.600,00 bruto per maand . - Werk in 2 ploegen met doorgroeimogelijkheid naar 3 ploegen . - Uitzicht op een vast contract. - Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen plus aanvullende ADV dagen. - Opleidingen zoals heftruckcertificaat. - Pensioenregeling en aantrekkelijke collectieve verzekeringen. Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever in Heerlen produceert slimme meststoffen voor de internationale markt. Dankzij een speciale coating komen voedingsstoffen pas vrij onder de juiste omstandigheden.
