Ben jij op zoek naar een stabiele fulltime baan in dagdienst in Aalten? Werk je graag met machines én wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen? Weet jij van aanpakken en wil jij die baan voor de langere tijd? Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor jou!

Wat ga je doen? Als productiemedewerker werk je samen met ongeveer een tiental collega's aan kwalitatieve producten. Je bedient machines, ondersteunt bij inpakwerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat producten netjes worden afgewerkt.

Wat zijn je taken?

- Het bedienen van machines zoals een persmachine, deze vul je af met een poederachtig materiaal - Je spuit de machines schoon met de hoge lucht druk, je wordt hier overigens niet vies van - Je zet de geperste blokken op de pallet en brengt ze naar de daarvoor bedoelde oven - Je geeft de materialen een bepaalde coating door ze te voorzien van een dun verflaagje - Het vervangen van de matrijzen in de machine, een gemakkelijk werkje maar je moet even weten hoe het werkt

Zoals je kunt lezen heb je een zeer afwisselend takenpakket. Het kan zijn dat je wordt ingezet bij de persmachine of juist bij de kleinere machines, net waar de nood het hoogste is.

Je werkt in een fulltime functie in dagdienst. De werktijden zijn van 08.00 tot 16.30 uur en op vrijdag ben je al om 14.30 uur klaar. Bevalt het van beide kanten goed? Dan heb je kans om in dienst te komen bij de opdrachtgever.

Wil je doorgroeien? Dan kun je via Adecco een opleiding tot basis operator volgen.

Wat bieden wij? - Bruto uurloon tussen de €16 en €18 (wekelijks uitbetaald) - Reiskostenvergoeding van 23 cent per km vanaf 10 km. - 8% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (bij fulltime) - Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag! - Gratis toegang tot de online Adecco Academy met trainingen
