Toch maken juist die details het verschil tussen een goed product en een perfect afgewerkt onderdeel. Als productiemedewerker op de afdeling nabewerking zorg jij ervoor dat kleine metalen onderdelen zorgvuldig worden afgewerkt. Je werkt met een microscoop en specialistische apparatuur om oneffenheden te ontdekken en te verwijderen. Dit is geen werk waarbij je voortdurend van de ene naar de andere taak rent. Je krijgt juist de ruimte om geconcentreerd te werken en ervoor te zorgen dat ieder onderdeel aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoet. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Kleine metalen onderdelen nauwkeurig nabewerken en afbramen; - Onderdelen controleren en bewerken met behulp van een microscoop; - Kleine afwijkingen en oneffenheden herkennen en verwijderen; - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren volgens vaste procedures; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Je gebruikt je ogen en handen voortdurend samen. Daarom zijn goed dieptezicht, een scherp visueel vermogen en een goede hand oogcoördinatie belangrijk. Daarnaast kijk je verder dan alleen jouw eigen werkzaamheden. Merk je bijvoorbeeld dat een bepaalde werkwijze niet optimaal is? Dan denk je mee over hoe het proces verbeterd kan worden. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07.30 tot 16.15 uur. De functie is beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week, waarbij de voorkeur uitgaat naar 40 uur.
