Deze Tielse opdrachtgever bouwt high-tech industrieovens die als 3D-bouwpakket binnenkomen. Nadat de ovenbehuizingen geassembleerd zijn en een mooie verfcoating hebben gekregen, worden ze geïsoleerd met verschillende combinaties van isolatiematerialen. Het isoleren van ovens is een precieze klus en vereist precisie, ruimtelijk inzicht en creativiteit. Veel ovens krijgen een binnenwand van keramische stenen. Deze stenen worden niet gemetseld of verlijmd, maar op maat gemaakt en voorzien van groeven waardoor je de stenen makkelijk kunt stapelen. Na het isoleren van de ovens monteer je onderdelen in de oven zoals de verwarmingselementen en thermokoppels. Ook draag je zorg voor de afwerking aan de buitenkant en monteer je alle handgrepen, klepjes en afwerkdoppen. Jouw werk zorgt er voor dat bedrijven en particulieren trots zijn op hun oven en er jaren met plezier mee zullen werken!
