The posting

Als productieoperator zorg je dat de productielijnen goed blijven draaien. De carbon- en glasvezelprofielen die jullie maken, worden wereldwijd gebruikt, bijvoorbeeld in drones, robotarmen en zeilschepen. Je werkt altijd samen met een directe collega. Dit zijn je taken tijdens een werkdag: - Je controleert de machines en stelt de juiste parameters in, zodat alles klaar is voor productie - Je bedient en bewaakt de productielijn - Je controleert de kwaliteit van de producten en legt je bevindingen vast in de productiesoftware - Bij een storing grijp je direct in en los je die op Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst. In de ene week draai je ochtenddiensten van 07.00 tot 16.00 uur, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. In de andere week draai je middagdiensten van 13.00 tot 22.00 uur, van maandag tot en met donderdag, en ben je op vrijdag vrij. Zo werk je de ene week 40 uur en de andere week 32 uur, maar je krijgt altijd 40 uur betaald.

Heb je al ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen, maar het is niet nodig. Dit vragen we wel van je: - Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het leuk om met machines te werken - Je pakt zelf taken op zonder te wachten tot iemand het je vraagt - Je kunt in een tweeploegendienst werken - Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands - Je let goed op kwaliteit en veiligheid - Je zoekt een werkgever voor de lange termijn
